Only wants money. Charges you for full office visit even if you’re only in there for 5 minutes. Doesn’t actually help with anything and very rude. The lights went out while I was in the office and she rushed me out and didn’t even finish the visit and still charged 230 dollars for a TERRIBLE office visit. Incompetent, borderline malpractice

It can be hard to find a great primary care doctor who also has an excellent office staff. Everyone who works here is kind, courteous, and professional. They’ve been so helpful and accommodating, definitely recommend!

DR. Karakossian gave me the most painful exam I have EVER experienced! I am 46 yrs. old. She suggested I just wanted plastic surgery when I asked about the basil cell cancer on my face, in addition to only recommending "SPANKS" for my hernia. After 3 -4 months I was informed the office lost all my paperwork. THEN I had to go back. Again PAINFUL! Then they billed me for the whole thing because they could not find my insurance. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND BODY TO THIS WOMAN!

Disregards all of my concerns because I have depression and an eating disorder. She once asked me, “why would you do that to yourself?” And always acts shocked and disturbed by what I say. I am in recovery and through this whole process have found her obvious judgement of me, blatant disregard for my medical concerns, and total unprofessionalism disgusting. I am changing doctors as I have had no help for even simple medical problems and usually have to go to the Urgent Care or Specialists to receive any medical attention. She doesn’t even give me a referral if she doesn’t have an answer for my problems. I feel uncomfortable and embarrassed to see her and don’t feel cared for as a patient, and now I have a bunch of problems built up as she continues to tell me that there is nothing wrong, or her test didn’t detect anything. Overall she is very rude. 👎🏼

My mother, Eleanor Anderson, received superlative care by the doctor and all involved with this practice. She considers them "top of the line" from the smiles at check-in to the physical and the drawing of blood. Definite A+ from her. She would post this herself but doesn't have access to the internet (she's 90!).

I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I have not even been there yet and I have a great feeling about this place!

Dr. Samira Karakossian has been my primary care physician for over 3 years. She is very competent, caring, pleasant and a great diagnostician. A few months ago while I was getting routine blood work, she also requested that I take a home stool test. It came back positive and I was referred for a colonoscopy. It was determined that I had cancer and I was able to start treatment early. I'm cancer free due to her diligence and caring.

I'm a 78 year old female, dr karakossian has been my doctor since I moved to Florida 2 years ago. Received register letter this week that she has been unable to establish and maintain a satisfactory relationship for medical care. So she will no longer be providing medical. Care for me. I called, it's because I didn't get my blood test in a timely manner. No previous warning. My side I am also seeing an puLmonary, an Arthritis, and a Heart Dr. plus pain management and therapy 2 times a week. All requesting test. I'm on fixed incomeHaving hard time keeping up with. Where is her patient relation ship with me.

I've seen her twice. She is now my family Dr. Love,love,love her and the staff there. Treated well , friendly staff. I didn't wait long at all.

Dr Samira is not my personal doctor, however, I come to this office to see her husband who happens to be the best doctor I have ever been to. WIth that being said, my wife does see Dr Samira as her primary care doctor. I can say this, my wife has never been totally complaint with her diabetes and her numbers have always reflected that. Since she has been seeing Dr Samira, for the first time in years her numbers are at a safe and managable level. My wife is very comfortable with her and said that she would not go to any other doctor. As always the staff is awesome!

I have been seeing Dr. Samira for years and I have nothing but good things to say about the service and care I have received. They make going to the doctor enjoyable and she really cares about her patients. Her nurse, Nikki, goes above and beyond and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

As I sit here reading reviews it just makes me mad! I have been going to Dr Samira for years. I have seen both her and her husband. First of all the whole office is amazing! I have never been treated so nice in an office! Dr Samira is so kind and caring. She truly listens and also realizes that you are a human being. I have not always been complaint with my diabetes and when I was talking to her about it she was not lecturing and demeaning but was human and encouraging. Dr Samira has gotten my diabetes under control by changing my medications to combinations that truly work. I do not detest going to the doctor like I have in the past! I would suggest that anyone who wants a caring doctor to visit this office! You can not go wrong with either one of them. I believe in them so much that when asked as a emergency room nurse about good family doctors I will refer them to my patients. Dont listen to all the negativity! They are amazing! Thank you Dr Samira for all you do!

Listens to your health concerns and prioritizes. Refers to Specialists. She has just returned from maternity leave and I have been able to get an appointment with Dr. Vartan Karakossian. He is as wonderful as Dr. S; he repeated lab studies and found that I did not have Diabetes and was taken off meds. I highly recommend both doctors — they cover all bases! The front office staff is wonderful too!
